Hi, this is Sunday from Nutritional Designs. Welcome to Sunday’s greatest hits. Couple things we’re going to talk about today are amazing apple cider vinegar and we’re going to talk about Manuka honey.
So if you’ve heard about some of these things, we’re going to just touch on a few things of why these are some of my favorite items. So, apple cider vinegar with mother. Notice how it says, even nicely on the label with mother. So if your apple cider vinegar does not say this, this is not the kind of healthy therapeutic, with a health purpose type of apple cider vinegar you want.
Apple cider vinegar has been used for literally amazing amount of time for great properties. Apple cider vinegar contains beautiful enzymes for digestion. It contains pectin for your immune system, it contains probiotics. It even has great amino acids. A really good combination for insomnia, old fashion remedy, couple teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, with a couple teaspoons of a really good raw honey. Even if it’s a local honey, delicious and amazing and great for sleep.
Alright? Also, one of the best things I’ve encountered for a sore throat hands down is apple cider vinegar. It is vinegar so that’s why cutting it with a little bit of honey, a few drops of stevia, can kind of tame some of that tartness down if you are having an issue with it. But beautiful what apple cider vinegar can do.
Now, another amazing favorite, Manuka Honey. Now this is a very unique type of honey. I know of save my Manuka honey for immune based need. Now the beauty about Manuka honey it’s even fabulous topically. Wound clinics will actually use Manuka honey on bedsores to help heal and repair. It is that healing to skin based issues.
Now, internally Manuka honey is outstanding for immune health. So again, you can take even the Manuka, combine that with the apple cider vinegar when you are in need and you get a really awesome combination.
Now, Manuka honey is not easy to find. It does come from New Zealand usually is where you are going to find a good Manuka Honey is coming from. We get Manuka honey from the bees that are feeding off the same area and plants where we get tea tree oil from. So, if you’re familiar with tea tree oil and it’s immune properties, you will understand and respect the beauty that Manuka honey can be. I love these two. Combined they are even outstanding together. Alone, a fabulous just as well in their own right.
So, two amazing products. Two of my greatest hits. So hope you enjoy them. Try them out. Give them a try, delicious stuff. Alright?
Until next time, be well.
