OUR RESPONSE:
As I am always prone to recommending with most anything, we have to make sure the basics are covered, Vitamins, Minerals, good Fats and possible diet changes. Since the Omega 3’s are so essential to hormone health we need to make sure that you are covering with a nice high EPA to DHA ratio. It is also essential to have specific nutrition products that benefit the uterus. I would recommend Multi-Pollen, and herbs like Red Raspberry Leaves. We can cover this with 2 products, Fem PMS and Multi-Pollen. I would recommend 1 twice daily of each for minimum of 3 months to bring the best health to the uterus. We also may want to consider a two week cleanse and combine it with hormone cleansing at the same time. As for diet changing I would like to have you look at pH and blood type concepts to see how you feel and what we can do to remove any aggravating food factors (Caffeine is one very aggravating factor, soda, coffee, or black tea). If you want to start with supplements then I would cover with the above and realize that if this starts to work then fails we have some diet changes that we need to make.
