OUR RESPONSE: Everything we need to heal the human body comes in through the digestive system (except oxygen).  When this is not in the most solid state all types of issues can be seen. Gas, bloating and cramping may be a result of the bodies inability to break food down into the basic nutrients that the body needs. The very first place to start is with the digestion process. A simple enzyme supplement that helps with breakdown of proteins, carbs and fats can very quickly settle this down. I recommend 1-2 tablets with meals (2 with larger meals) to start. Then as you feel the improvement you will understand what foods or meals enzymes will be of benefit. On occasion, a few enzymes between meals may help to relieve unwanted gas until the digestive complaints completely resolve.
